Amazfit GTS 2 Mini & Pop Pro Smartwatches Launched

Huami Amazfit has emerged as one of the leading smartwatch brands in the world. Since its inception in 2013, Huami has successfully established its global market leadership by selling millions of units of smart wearable watches worldwide. From budget smartwatches to high-end premium smartwatches, Huami Amazfit offers all kinds of smartwatches to everyone. Huami Amazfit has previously unveiled the Amazfit GTR 2 and GTS 2 smartwatches in China back in September. Now, the company is all set to launch its new smartwatches, Amazfit GTS 2 Mini and Amazfit Pop Pro on 1st December 2020.

What do we know so far about Amazfit GTS 2 Mini?

The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is the smaller version of its previous release, Amazfit GTS 2. The company announced this via its latest Weibo post(https://m.weibo.cn/detail/4575451065091466). According to the social media post, the GTS 2 Mini will feature a smaller, curved, AMOLED display, alongside a lighter design and thinner profile as compared to its predecessor. It is also teased to come in Green, Black and Pink colour variants with a single dial button at its right. It also comes with matching straps. Other than these, the smartwatch also features 5 ATM of water resistance and a heart rate sensor.

Features of Amazfit GTS 2 Mini?

The Amazfit GTS 2 features a Blood-oxygen Saturation measurement, Amazon Alexa Built-in, the PAI health assessment system, and loads of other features. If anything like GTS 2, the mini version will pack the PAI health assessment system and various sport modes along with customization through various watch faces.

Amazfit Pop Pro:

What do we know so far about Amazfit Pop Pro?

The Amazfit Pop Pro is an improved, advanced version of the Amazfit Pop smartwatch that was launch in China a few weeks back. Huami Amazfit announced this via its Weibo post. The post confirmed that the Amazfit Pop Pro will have a square dial with a 1.43 OLED colour touchscreen display, 24/7 heart rate tracking, and NFC. It also brings the PAI health assessment system with over 60 different sports modes. The key highlighted feature here is the built-in GPS and microphone that its predecessor did not possess.

Features of Amazfit Pop Pro?

As we mentioned earlier, Amazfit Pop Pro is the premium version of the Amazfit Pop model. So, as far as we know, it will have all the features of Pop along with updated and additional features. So, we expect a SpO2 sensor, sleep quality monitoring, stress monitoring, and menstrual health tracking features. In terms of pricing, the Amazfit Pop is being sold at $60, so, we expect the price of Pop Pro to be slightly higher than this price tag.

These two smartwatches will launch on 1st December 2020 in China and unfortunately, finer details regarding the wearables and their pricing are still unknown at the moment.
