- Cardiorespiratory training- To control blood pressure and strengthen the immune system.
- Core training- To boost endurance, strength, and aid in limb mobility.
- Mobility training- To avoid injuries, balance strength and integrity of your muscles.
- Rest- To avoid burnout and overtraining.
2. Make a Plan
All these are just another set of things in your ‘to-do’ list that you’ll probably ignore if you don’t have a plan. Now that you know about these components that make up a well-rounded fitness plant, you need to build your workout plan. Choose the workouts you need to focus on and try planning your workout schedule around that. The most common reason people stop a routine is that they won’t have a plan.
