Ironmaster Dumbbells Review - My experience

Ironmaster Adjustable Dumbbells review – A great Addon for Home Gym!

Quick-Lock Adjustable Dumbbell System 75 lb Set | Ironmaster

Waking up in the morning can sometimes be a challenge. With our jobs, children, and hectic schedules, working-out can sometimes take a back burner to our already loaded daily pressures. The Ironmaster 75 lb Quick-Lock Adjustable Dumbbell System is an efficient and elegant approach to your standard free weight routine.

I hope I can convince you with this ironmaster dumbbells review, to give these dumbbells a try.

My experience with in home workout systems is pretty limited.  That is to say, I have none; not before I purchased the Ironmaster dumbbell system.  My workout usually consisted of aerobic training and not resistance training.  When I decided it was time to tone my muscles I was skeptical as to which system to use.  After trying many, I finally came across the Ironmaster. Here’s why:

Ironmaster has made an adjustable dumbbell system that is easily mastered not only for a seasoned veteran but for a novice like me.

The system includes two dumbbells with chrome-plated handles, twenty-four 5 lb plates and four 2.5 lb plates which can be adjusted between 5-75lbs in increments of 2.5 lbs.  The weight plates are easily stackable and lock into each other with sturdy screws all because of Ironmaster’s Quick-Lock design which is much easier and safer than the traditional pin-locking system.

The Quick-Lock design keeps the weight plates intact and reduces the possibility of the weights falling because of an improperly threaded dumbbell. This is especially important because being a clumsy individual; I was not looking forward to getting hurt.  And I haven’t.

With the adjustable weights, I am able to adjust the dumbbells to add or reduce weight during my workout. The design especially helps when I want to increase my repetitions at a lesser weight or reduce the amount of repetitions while adding more weight for a more intense workout.

Although changing the weight with ironmaster dumbbells is not as fast as other systems, I find the extra five seconds it takes to add/reduce the weight a non-issue.

Because of the solid and sturdy construction, the Ironmaster system is just more comfortable and user-friendly.

Talking about the price, they are not the cheapest on the market. But, I guess sometimes it is ok to pay a little more if you are really getting a good product.

For a more extreme workout and an additional cost, you can get an add-on kit that enables you to add up to 120lbs per dumbbell.  I have not tried the add-on kit, but with continued training, I hope to. The system also comes with a lifetime warranty that includes repair or replacement as long as you use the system according to instructions.

In addition to the weights and dumbbells, the system also includes a full storage stand which covers approximately two square feet and fits conveniently in my small workout area, next to my weight bench. So, no more tripping over weights left haphazardly on the floor or in the middle of my living room!
