Mayde Tea is yournew favourite organic tea company. Founded by KateDalton in 2013, the brand sells a range of therapeutic teas, formulated usingthe principles of Western herbal medicine.
Kate started MaydeTea at just 23 after experiencing her own health complications.
‘I wascreating herbal blends for my own health complications whilst learning themagic of herbal medicine at university. The results onmy digestive and nervous system imbalances were incredible. I started giftingit to friends that I knew could reallybenefit from it, and it took off from there,’ she shares.
Adding: ‘ startedthe business with a whole heap of knowledge about herbal medicine, but runninga business was very new to me. It’s been a huge, exciting learning curve- andthe most fulfilling 6 years of my life.’
So, where does herinspiration come from and how are the teas made?
‘I draw inspirationfrom my work as a naturopath, leaning into to whatour bodies need to be at their healthiest- on aholistic level. Nature always provides me with the most incredibleamount of creativity- and from there I produce our therapeutic tea, alwaysin it’s most natural form,’ Kate says.
From idea to output,Mayde package all their teas in Byron Bay by humans and never machinery. Kateshares, ‘ It’s important to me that each person that comes into contactwith the product and it’s production has a true love for it, as I believe this reallyinfluences the finished product.’

Founded bynutritionist, Personal trainer and Health Coach Clementine Boshevski, Salt Labstarted as a passion project derived from a personal need for a high-qualitytopical magnesium supplement.
